This course is designed to acquaint employers with provisions of the NC Hazardous Chemicals Right To Know Act, applicable NC OSHA standards, and available industry methodology for achieving compliance. Upon completion, participants should be able to assess employer responsibility and determine compliance program need; develop a network of resource materials and people to assist in compliance efforts; explain provisions of the act, including its development, interpretation, and impact; and begin preparation of an industry compliance plan.
