This block will include: Ladders, Ventilation, Ropes & Knots, Search & Rescue, Water Supplies, Hose, Streams, and Appliances, and Emergency Medical Care. This course will present the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and ability to satisfy the requirements of NFPA 1001: Standard for Firefighter Professional Qualifications (2019 edition), as well as the Emergency Medical requirements found in Chapter 6 of NFPA 1001.
