This second part of the Employability Skills Training course expands on the foundational communication skills developed in Part 1, guiding Spanish-speaking participants toward greater fluency, confidence, and workplace readiness. Participants will engage in advanced role-plays and simulations focused on professional and nuanced interactions—such as handling customer complaints, responding to unexpected situations, and navigating workplace protocols. The course will also introduce vocabulary related to safety, scheduling, and teamwork. Activities will include mock interviews, collaborative workplace tasks, and digital communication practice.
