This course is designed to provide the skills necessary to conduct enforcement activities associated with search warrants, warrantless searches, interviews, eyewitness identifications and non-testimonial identification orders and to avoid liability while conducting such activities.
This class is for NC Commission Certified Law Enforcement Officers.
Required Textbooks: Robert Farb’s, “Arrest, Search and Investigations in NC” along with two (2) student manuals.
Class meets from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. all days except the last day, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
